地瓜蒸肉材料:豬腰內肉.......約200公克切小片 蕃薯.................1條切滾刀塊備用太白粉..............1匙水.......................1匙蔥花................適量調味料:豆瓣醬......2匙薑泥ˋ蒜泥......各適量米酒....................1匙糖......................適量香油...............1匙醬油................1匙高鮮味精........適量豬肉片跟所有調味料加水與太白粉抓勻放入扣碗,最後排上蕃薯塊用大火蒸熟即可~扣碗在盤上灑上蔥花入蒸籠再蒸3分鐘即可食用.
